We are all-inclusive birth photographers. What does all-inclusive mean?
When creating our pricing structure for our business, we not only went off of our costs for doing business, but also what we would want to experience as a client ourselves. That meant we knew pricing needed to be black and white (no grey areas) and clients needed to know exactly what they were paying for before we go on-call and that everything was wrapped into one price.
We chose to have our packages all-inclusive for simplicity and so families weren’t having to put more money into birth photography after the baby is born. As the client, you know exactly what your paying for with no additional purchases required later. Our time on-call, our time at your birth, hand-retouching of your digital images, and your high-resolution digital files are all part of one price you make payments on.
Here is the break down: You pick the collection that best fits your family needs, Retainer of $200 is made to hold your estimated due date spot on our calendar, payments are made leading up to your 37 week mark when we go on-call, Paid in full by 37-weeks, one of us photographs/films your birth, and you get high-resolution digital images (or film) delivered via an online password protected gallery.

Classic Mama Collection
– Mini Maternity Session (includes 30 minutes and 10 retouched portraits)
– Our time on-call from 37 weeks until your baby arrives,
including 1-2 hours after birth
– 75 hand retouched high-resolution digital images
– Images delivered via online private gallery
– Short (about 1 min) Birth Announcement Film
If you reserve your birth photography session at 11 weeks gestation with a retainer of $200, then you would make biweekly payments of 176.92 until you are 37 weeks gestation-then your done!

Retainer Deposit upon booking
Birth Session: $200 retainer deposit is required to retain Sacred Birth Stories services and secure your estimated due date. The remainder of the balance is due by your 37 week mark before I go on-call. This retainer is non-refundable and will be credited towards the collection you choose.
